Anti-Aging Foods that Make Your Skin Glowing

What we eat actually defines how our skin will look: glowing or dull, young or aging. But some foods especially give our skin a youngish glow through their anti-aging benefits.

1. Red Bell Pepper


Red bell peppers contain a very high amount of antioxidants. Antioxidants play a very important role in anti-aging. They protect the skin from the effects of external factors like sun damage, pollution, and environmental toxins.

Red Bell Peppers also contain a high content of Vitamin C, which has an important role in collagen production.


How to use Red Bell Peppers:

3. Blueberries

Pomegranates a healing medicinal fruit high in vitamin C and a variety of potent antioxidants have been used for centuries. pomegranates may protect our body from free radical damage and reduce levels of inflammation in our system.

Punicalagins, present in Pomegranates may help to preserve collagen in the skin, slowing signs of aging.


How to use Avocados:

  • Use the seeds with a spinach walnut salad for an anti-aging recipe.
